A $50,000 grant to Harmony Healthcare Long Island is expanding the availability of its mobile clinic at The Interfaith Nutrition Network (The INN) in Hempstead to bring healthcare services directly to individuals in underserved communities.

“This grant helps Harmony Healthcare’s mobile clinic bring health care to communities with limited or no access to services,” Melissa Greenberger, program officer for the foundation said in a written statement. “Working with The Interfaith Nutrition Network, an organization that addresses hunger and homelessness, Harmony Healthcare is bringing care directly to people living in poverty who cannot easily access transportation or medical care.”
