LATE BID: An improperly submitted bid resulting in a LATE BID may not be considered.  Please direct any questions to the Purchasing Agent listed on the cover page of the RFP.

COMPLIANCE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE

TO ALL HHLI VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS AND AGENTS

  1. A Code of Ethics the same as or substantially equivalent to the HHLI’s code must be adopted by you/your corporation. All detailed written policies and procedures for detecting and preventing waste, fraud and abuse, and which include information regarding certain federal and New York State laws  relating to false claims, false statements, insurance fraud, healthcare fraud and whistle blower protections must be disseminated to and adopted by your employees.
  1. HHLI reserves the right to a periodical request that you verify in writing that your company is in substantial compliance with the above stated requirements.
