Our Pediatric Care Services
We provide community-based pediatric care services to infants, children and adolescents in six convenient neighborhood health centers in Nassau County. Regardless of your insurance status or ability to pay, your children can receive high-quality health services in a safe, comfortable environment.
At Harmony Healthcare Long Island, we provide personalized treatment and vital health care services, including:

Our pediatric teams guide your child and their health through the many transitions and stages from birth through adolescence. We can assist you on your pregnancy journey-from prenatal care to post-partum care and beyond. You may qualify for free services.
Adolescent Medicine
Adolescent medicine is a sub-specialty of pediatrics that focuses on the medical and emotional issues most specific to teenagers and young adults, including puberty, sexuality and identity, mental health and social and emotional development. As your children grow, our health care professionals will be there to monitor this period of rapid development.
After the age of 18, our pediatric staff can assist with the transition to a qualified adult medicine physician.
Child Health Plus (CHP)
Child Health Plus provides free or low-cost health insurance to children under the age of 19 who do not qualify for Medicaid and do not have other health insurance coverage. Uninsured children less than 19 years of age can receive a full range of health care services for free or at a low monthly cost, depending on family income. In addition to immunizations and well-child care visits, Child Health Plus covers prescription drugs, vision, dental and mental health services.
